Who Am I?
Who the fuck do I think I am to help you? Just another soul that felt lost in this world, but never really had anything “wrong” in her life. Things just never added up for me. I’ve held myself back so much in my life because I didn’t think I was worth it. I had this story in my mind of who I was, and who I couldn’t be and I lived it. I lived it well too. But I got tired of it, it wasn’t working for me anymore, I knew things could be better. I was college educated, I had a decent job, I had achieved many things in my life, so I knew that I could make things happen in my life. I just could never make it all work and put all the pieces together in a workable plan to get me out of my head. Then I started reading self help books, and started realizing it was really all me, and me being in my head. Not someone else. So I started practicing what I was learning from all the different books, hired some coaches and followed their plans, and also modified things for my own to make it work better for me. And you know what? Shit started to change, things started happening, I was allowing things to happen for the better, I was no longer in my own way. So I started writing things down so that I could share with others and help you out too. We shouldn’t just be walking around in a ho hum kind of state. We deserve to have a life that lights us up. It doesn’t have to be a Hollywood life, but if you aren’t happy where you are, and want to be somewhere else in your life, then lets get to talking and see what it is exactly that you need to boost you in the right direction. Some people need therapists, some people need coaches and some people need a friend, I’d like to think I am all the above wrapped into one. I have training in all the above backgrounds so I have learned a thing or two here and there.
